TPI's goal is to provide promotional items with a consistent legal logo per Market America Inc.’s wishes. All logos and products are reviewed and approved by Executive Vice President Marty Weissman before TPI markets any product. TPI and Market America Inc. acknowledge the following: 1. Product and corporate logos are Market America Inc.’s legal property. 2. TPI is the exclusive licensee and the only legal source to obtain promotional items and clothing since 1995. 3. Product ideas are appreciated. The idea must be submitted in writing with a mock-up, detailed drawing or a sample must be provided. The sample will be presented at the next meeting with Mr. Weissman. 4. Please, if you know anyone who is reproducing corporate or product logos, give us a call @ 704-521-8099 ext. 40. This information will be turned over to Mr. Weissman.
